GIWA and DSF Share Initiatives with Hon’ble President of India on Hanuman Jayanti

Such an incredible blessing to join HH Param Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and our beautiful Parmarth family in welcoming the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmuji Home to Parmarth Niketan on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. Also joining Her Excellency the President with us on the holy banks of Mother Ganga were the Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen (Retd) Shri Gurmit Singh, and the President’s daughter Itishree Murmuji.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to welcome and showcase for the President organizers of numerous projects and initiatives blessed by Param Pujya Swamiji that are helping to uplift the people of India from the mountains to Ganga, transforming their lives through healthcare, education and livelihoods.

The Hon’ble President offered flowers to Hanumanji and joined us for a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem and the enchanting Ganga Aarti along the banks of the Nation’s River. We offered her a Sacred Rudraksha Sapling and a memento as a token of our appreciation to mark the culmination of a spiritually-enriching experience.
