Pujya Sadhviji Inspires at Sacred Shrimad Bhagwat Katha of Pujya Sant Shri Rameshbhai Ozaji at Parmarth
Sadhviji, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati, returned early from her beautiful and deeply impactful month-long international tour abroad to be present for the concluding days of the sacred Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Parmarth Niketan, by Pujya Sant Shri Rameshbhai Ozaji (Bhaishriji). She arrived into Rishikesh and went directly to the Katha that same afternoon.
In the divine presence of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati (Maharajji) and Pujya Bhaishriji, Sadhviji shared how it was Bhaishriji’s Bhagwat Katha that first inspired her to learn Hindi in 1997 and reflected on the powerful example and message of King Parikshit, who, upon learning he had only seven days left to live, dedicated himself fully to spiritual awakening and liberation.
Speaking on the importance of spiritual knowledge alongside academic learning, Sadhviji shared that while worldly education may teach us many things, the Bhagwat teaches us the deepest truths of life — who we are, how to live, what to do with our lives, and ultimately why we are here.
She reminded everyone that while King Parikshit attained moksha after seven days of listening to the Bhagwat, we too can transform our lives if we listen not only with our outer ears, but with our inner hearts — truly absorbing and living the wisdom of the Katha.
