We are looking for a new Executive Assistant for SADHVI BHAGAWATI SARASWATI Ji, Ph.D. a renowned spiritual leader, motivational speaker, social activist, and bestselling author based at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, India, in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the flowing Ganga (Ganges) River.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive follow-ups for a variety of different projects
  • Handle multiple-factor coordination
  • Work independently and efficiently on a task
  • Effectively manage Sadhviji’s schedule – online and in-person programs and meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and events
  • Manage incoming/outgoing email and phone communication
  • Collaborate effectively with the team serving at Parmarth Niketan and off-site for the various projects
  • Oversee social media content

Requirements:

  • Live on-site in Parmarth Niketan Ashram
  • Availability for at least 12-18 months
  • Strong spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Courteous, loving, patient team player – able to oversee others with love and also with effectiveness
  • Ability to understand and appreciate a spiritual and positive action-driven culture
