First day of International Yoga Festival 2019

🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏽🌎 Today was such a great first day of the International Yoga Festival here at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga! This year is the 30th Anniversary of this world famous festival. Perhaps someday in the past yoga was a luxury. Today it is not. Today it is a necessity. It is a responsibility. Until we are united in our own minds, hearts, and lives we cannot be vehicles of unity in our nations or the world. Yoga is the answer to so much of what ails our world today from depression and addiction to war, terrorism and environmental destruction. From the deepest inner to the most global outer expression of oneness and connection, yoga is a necessity for today!
