The Source of Joy is Within You

Speaking on Joy, Sadhviji says the source of our joy has nothing to do with the outside. She teaches about finding liberation, freedom, in life now. The task to inner joy is not necessarily an easy one and encourages us to see what happens when we sit with the truth that the source of joy is within.
