Break the Habit of Negative Thinking
So much of what we do is completely out of habit – in Hindi, samskara. It’s the habitual way that our brains move. So, if you’re a negative-thinker, it’s because you’ve always thought of everything in a negative way. You wake up thinking about what can go wrong, spend the day thinking about how hard the world is. You’ve always done it, so it’s all you do!
