How to Stop Being Lazy

So many times we pledge and vow that starting “tomorrow” we will wake up early to meditate and do yoga. On that first Monday morning we actually do it (sometimes…) But, then comes Tuesday… and, suddenly, we hit the snooze button over and over until we have to rush to get ready for work or we just cannot bring ourselves to get onto our yoga mat or meditation cushion. Why does this happen and what can we do about it??

No worries! Sadhviji has the answer in this sublime teaching in which she assures us not to worry. We’re just being human. Sometimes the mind just shifts – maybe today’s sadhana is just supposed to be one asana!
