How Do I Keep Laziness From Affecting My Sadhana?

So, we wake-up early on a Monday, filled with vigor and enthusiasm and committed to our spiritual practice! We meditate, pray, do our asanas and pranayama; And, we’re in bliss! Then, comes Tuesday…and, we hit the snooze button instead of getting up. Suddenly, the enthusiasm for yoga and pranayama completely escapes us! Why does this happen? And, what can we do about it??
