Self Sabotaging Behavior & Thoughts
We are all so hard on ourselves. So many times we say to ourselves things like: “Well, stupid, what did you expect?” Or, “God, I’m such a failure!” Tragically these thoughts come naturally. The belief that there is something wrong with us and the thought that we will mess things up! Similarly, so many of us have found ourselves, after lots of hard work, sabotaging a job or school assignment by not finishing or not showing-up at the end. Or, we caused an argument with our loved one that actually ended the relationship? It’s amazing the amount of negativity that we create and maintain in our day-to-day lives! So, how do we stop it? How do we stop viewing ourselves and telling ourselves that we’re just not worthy?
