Being present as an antidote to anger
Sadhvi Bhagawatiji informs us that anger often enters our life because we expect circumstances to work out just the way we want. When the reality of matter is that the universe works the way it wants to! Anger stems from the unconscious and happens when we are not being present. Since in anger, individuals are often stuck in the time of the incident that caused them to be angry, being present is a fantastic way to deter anger. By being present, an individual can take themselves out of that moment of anger, and learn to understand the reality of the situation.
