Connecting Our Thoughts With Our Actions

Sadhvi Bhagawatiji discusses the connection between our thoughts and our actions. She uses wonderful examples to demonstrate how the conscious part of our brain makes the promises we make to ourselves, however it is unconsciously that we break these promises. The key to connecting these two parts of the brain is with mindfulness. Mindfulness helps us to see the wave coming and allows it to pass over us. The more awareness we have, the more control we have, then overlapping of these two parts will begin. Hence, bridging the gap between our thoughts and our actions.
