Dark Things Inside Us

The way people from all over the world open their hearts in satsang and ask the deep questions of their lives is so beautiful as it shows how deeply they are all looking to get free from what keeps them stuck. Recently, we were joined by a dear brother who is gay and who shared that he feels that his homosexuality is a darkness inside of him. He asked Sadhviji if he was being punished for some sin of a past life by being born gay in this life! He suggested that perhaps he had been a mean bully in a past birth and that’s why he incarnated as gay so that he would be bullied and insulted in this life.
