It’s interesting. Negative thoughts are actually just a habit. Just like biting our nails or cracking our knuckles or twirling our hair – most of the time, we don’t even realize that we’re doing them. Which is precisely, why it’s so hard to stop.

Negative thoughts are the same. We just get so used to having them that we’re not stop being aware of them. Every negative thought that says we’re fat or stupid or ugly or unworthy is just a habit that we need to break.

If you think you’re stupid, it’s because someone told you that enough times that you believe it. So correct the mistake, and slowly the habits – and the negative thinking – will change.”
