By accepting identities we create for ourselves because of customs or family ideals, and having expectations of how we and others should behave or believe, we create a separation from the Divine in ourselves and the Divine in everyone and everything around us. And that separation prevents us from knowing our true purpose – to know the Truth of who we are!
