The 3 best times of the day to feel grateful

My morning gratitude practice is one of the most important aspects of my day. Before I even get out of bed, I think of as many things (but at least 5) that I am deeply grateful for. And I try to actually make sure I’m FEELING the gratitude, not just thinking it. I try to make it a practice of the heart, not the mind…… When I share the importance of practicing gratitude with people they frequently ask when the best or “right” time of day to do it is. Obviously the answer is ALL THE TIME! But clearly we get busy in our lives and forget. So here are 3 “best” times of day to be grateful. It’s difficult to get a full teaching into a minute, especially on such an important topic, but Instagram is teaching me the skill of brevity! For longer, deeper talks of course, there are lots on my youtube channel. For here, I have found that I enjoy developing a new skill, of conciseness, something that is definitely not my regular M.O.!
