The Real Meaning of Self Love

I was so glad to be able to take part in the Virtual Edition of the 2021 Anatta Festival, an online gathering that focused on the Importance of Connection, particularly in this era of Covid.

The message that I shared was one that focused on the real meaning of Self-Love. I shared not only about the definition of Self-Love – which is something that is so hard for us to practice – as well as how to cultivate it for ourselves.
