Meditation = Let Go
Sadhviji opens with a quote from Pujya Swamiji: “Meditation is the best medication for all agitations.” She explains that in the West we have an obsession with the singular ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ways of doing almost everything. There’s no right or wrong way of doing meditation, the only wrong way is not to do it. Meditation should, she shares, feel something like a relaxing bath – we need to take all our clothes off and then the bath takes care of the rest. It enables us to let go, through a variety of techniques, of the identity constructions and masks of who we think we are in order to slowly sink into who we truly are.
