The sacred yagna, or havan, or homa fire is one of the most sacred and ancient rituals in the Hindu tradition. Fire is the divine purifier and as we place offerings into the fire we symbolically offer to the divine fire all within ourselves that needs to be purified, all that is holding us back from truly living in the pure awareness and experience of our own divinity.
