Balancing Spirituality and Leadership

A leader must, by definition, be someone who LEADS others…… but tragically today, so many leaders are so busy trying to increase their own net worth or the number of their followers – whether employees, constituents, voters or devotees – that they’re not actually leading people anywhere.
