Being Flexible
These days, there is so much focus on the external world, instead of the internal world. Same goes for yoga. It’s so much more than physical practice. Yoga is union with the Divine. We bend and learn to be flexible in our yoga, so we can bend and be flexible in our lives. Krishna reminds us that a yogi is one who is peaceful, joyful and not swayed by passions and distractions. A true yogi is rooted and grounded in peace. If you do your yoga practice, try to connect yourself with what grounds you. What anchors you. That which is constant. And not only on your yoga mat. Become an ocean of compassion, wherever you are.
