Control the mind through meditation
Sadhvi Bhagawatiji shares her wisdom on how an individual can be present in life. She explains that obstacles like anger, fear, grudges and all others must be controlled in the mind. She explains that these obstacles are just a block towards finding the real person inside and that they do not define that person’s character. She also speaks of the concept of time, and the ever changing nature of “the present” and the meaning to being present is to become present with yourself inside. The most important thing is to not become angry with yourself, and to keep trying, eventually being able to control the mind through meditation.
