Increase Your Willpower

It’s sometimes hard to keep doing and practicing things that we know are good for us, even a spiritual practice. We try to keep doing our yoga or pranayama or meditation, but sometimes we just don’t have the interest or energy so we want to give it up, because we start to think that maybe we’re not really a spiritual person or maybe we don’t really love God. And, then we think that if we just had more willpower it would all be okay. That’s a whole lot going on in our mind! Where do we even begin?

Sadhviji explains that, through all of these different feelings and emotions, meditation can transform us and all our patterns of thought; it helps us discover that the thoughts creating all of the confusion aren’t even real.
