Our first question comes, as always, from a global family member living abroad who wants to know where we can find good roll models – to which Sadhviji responds quite simply “Everywhere! If your eyes are open and you’re paying attention you can find a GREAT roll model!”
Next, a family member in the Sacred Garden asks how much of our lives is dependent on our past actions and how much is the result of our current circumstances. Watch and listen to Sadhviji’s inspired answer!

Then, another family member in the Garden says that when she has moments of bliss during meditation her ego kicks-in and she feels like she’s better than everyone else. How, she wants to know, does she get rid of that thought so she can return to pure bliss. Sadhviji answers that she’s in very good company – this happens to almost everyone! “Just remember that it’s only a wave of the mind…it will pass!”

Finally, how can we change our thinking so that outside forces don’t disturb our peace? Sadhviji shares that, since we’re energetic beings, we’re impacted by everything…and, sometimes we need to remove ourselves from the things that are impacting us negatively.
