Sadhviji’s Divine LIVE Satsang

After a beautiful guided meditation that draws our focus and attention inward to find the Truth of who we are, Sadhviji answers a question from one of our global family members living abroad who wants to know why is there existence at all if the ultimate goal of life is to become one with God. Sadhviji reminds us that our traditions tell us that God is everything and everyone and we are all One, and that our purpose – since we’ve forgotten that – is to remember that.

Next, a family member in the Hall wonders how we rid ourselves of those things that are blocking us from our connection to the Divine and holding us back from becoming what we are supposed to be. Sadhviji provides various methods and techniques that we can use, including breathwork and introspection, that can help us to let go of the blocks. But, it only works when we commit to the process of seeing the blocks and the reasons for them and then literally letting them go – no holding-on to them and no rationalising to keep them.

Then, another family member in the Hall asks how to let go without losing everything – and, how if everyone lets go, how will the world function. Watch and listen as Sadhviji explains.

And, another member questions why we bring God into problem-solving when we can do it ourselves, as Buddha proved. Sadhviji shares that Buddha was actually teaching us that we don’t need intermediaries or activities to intervene for us in our relationship with the Divine – not that we don’t need God.

Finally, what should we do to make sure that when we leave our body we don’t have any regrets? Love and serve and enjoy each and every moment. That’s it.
