Why do we have stress?

Sadhvi Bhagawatiji looks at how to deal with stress and why so many of us have stress. She explains that the core reason is because we have an expectation or vision of how things should be and an anticipation that it might not work out. She gives humorous examples demonstrating how many of us live our lives in a constant state of sympathetic nervous system overload. The antidote to this is knowing life is full, whole and complete, as are we. She concludes that one of the tragedies in our lives is not living up to who we really are due to this stress.
