In tonight’s LIVE Divine Satsang from the Sacred Garden at Parmarth Niketan, Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati ji answers questions about life and living from our global family with inspired answers and insights that take us deeper onto our spiritual path, and help us to heal and transform our lives.
The first question comes from a global family member living abroad who wants to know how to encourage her husband – who fully supports her own practice – to start a path of meditation and spirituality. Sadhviji rightly reminds us how difficult it is to convince anyone to do anything if they don’t want to do it. As with anything, she says, leading by example is always the best way!
Next, a family member in the Sacred Garden asks why after the state of bliss consciousness she gets from meditation there is misery and stress – to which Sadhviji explains that, like a plumbing problem, sometimes negative things seep into our consciousness. And, as with thoughts, just let those things come up – then let it go.
Then, another member in the Garden shares that he just lost his son, but experienced the opposite feelings from our other family member in that he felt great joy in the midst of his misery. Sadhviji expressed sympathy for the loss,, and also great appreciation for the fact that there is so much joy that the memories are evoking.
Finally, when we die where do we go and what happens? Watch and listen as Sadhviji explains!
