Sadhviji’s Divine LIVE Satsang
In tonight’s Divine LIVE Satsang from the Sacred Garden at Parmarth Niketan, Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawatiji responds to questions from our global family with answers that take us deeper into our spiritual path.
Our first question comes from a global family member living abroad who asks if we can meditate while doing other things. “Absolutely,” declares Sadhviji. “While you’re walking, doing the dishes…anytime your full mental focus isn’t required. But, be sure that you include a traditional seated practice at least twice a day, as well!”
Next, a family member in the Sacred Garden wonders if it’s our karma when we accidentally kill an ant by stepping on it – or, if it’s the ant’s karma to be killed. Watch and listen for Sadhviji’s evocative response.
Finally, another member in the Garden speaks about the tradition of devotees bringing meat offerings to Masters, and their decision to show compassion to the devotees by accepting it. Doesn’t that decision encourage more people to serve and eat meat? Sadhviji replies by sharing that this situation is actually a beautiful teaching opportunity to promote a veg and vegan lifestyle while still accepting the offering with love.
