Happy Navratri! Happy New Year! Today as we begin the sacred celebration of the 9 days and nights dedicated to the Mother Goddess, we not only celebrate and worship Her, but we also experience Her presence within ourselves. This is not just a time to do puja to Maa Durga, Maa Saraswati and all of the divine forms of the goddess, it is also a time to channel them within you! On this first day of Navratri, the Hindu New Year, begin the year with the presence of the Divine Mother, not only outside yourself, but inside yourself as well.
