Tips For Healthy Living
How to be healthy? How to live in vibrant and full wellness? This is what so many people are looking for these days. And understandably so, given how not-healthy so many people are. People everywhere ask me how do you stay so healthy? What do you eat? When do you eat? What type of exercise do you do? What vitamins or supplements or tonics do you take? What is your daily schedule? I am so happy to be starting a new series in which I will share with you, what I personally practice with regard to: 1) eating, when and what, 2) drinking, 3) exercise, 4) sleeping, and most importantly, 5) spiritual practice.
For all of the years I’ve been blessed to be a channel for spiritual teaching, I have not spent much time talking about the nitty-gritties of keeping this human body healthy, but it seems to be what so many people are needing and yearning for these days. And, amazingly a healthy body and a spiritual life actually go together in many beautiful ways. After I did the video last month on glowing skin, which has gotten almost 1,000,000 views, I realized how much of a yearning there is for these kinds of tips.
So, stay tuned. Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing these total wellness tips with you. Note that for each one there will be a slightly longer version available on YouTube as it’s nearly impossible to convey that much in 60 or 90 seconds!
