Why Do I Need to Meditate?
Why should you meditate when you have SO much else to do? If you want to be deeply joyful and peaceful – meditation is the most powerful key. If you want that joy and peace to LAST, then meditation is the only key! The reason we suffer so much is because we live in the illusion that we ARE our physical bodies — the stories, the roles, the history, the bank accounts, the titles associated with this physical body. But, we are actually none of those things. Meditation shows us who we really are and enables us to connect with that peace and joy at the core of who we ARE.
