Launch of WaterSchool on the Ganga Himalayas

The Global Interfaith WASH Alliance is so pleased to announce the launch of the first WaterSchool Programme in the Ganga-Himalayas. Serving Mayakund Slum Children

Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji graced and inspired hundreds of children at the Mayakund slum during a free health and hygiene camp, where children were given health examinations, received Vitamin A and albendazole. On Global Handwashing Day, we celebrate the power of washing our hands with soap to prevent diarrheoa, pneumonia and other waterborne illnesses, which take so many innocent lives every day.
